For Facebook, YouTube and custom RTMP you provide the stream key once and we store it for reuse. Instagram is different — see the next question.

That is Instagram's own rule: its stream key is issued per broadcast and expires when the broadcast ends, so it cannot be stored. Get a fresh one from IG Live Producer before each session. No other platform works this way.

No. Video live counts only the time actually played — the same file on four platforms costs the same as on one.

Annual billing keeps the price below a monthly equivalent. Annual plans are non-refundable, which is why the free trial exists — run a real broadcast on it before deciding.

Seven days. Within that window you can download the MP4 or push it back out as video live; after that it is deleted automatically.

Pushing a past recording, or a video you uploaded, back to your platforms. They genuinely show it as live and viewers comment and order as usual. Play once, loop a set number of times, or loop to a duration.

No — loops are seamless. That matters: a single gap is enough for Facebook to end the broadcast.

They stay in the library until you delete them and can be reused freely. Plans include 20 hours of library space.

As the signal degrades the app drops to a very low bitrate standby without reconnecting; if the phone goes fully offline the system takes over and keeps feeding the platforms. From their side frames never stopped, so the broadcast is never ended. Tested: 70 seconds fully offline, Facebook live throughout.

Standby cannot hold indefinitely — a long enough outage will still end the broadcast. It is built for the common case: degraded signal, brief drops, cell handovers, on the scale of tens of seconds.

Every interruption is timestamped and logged, so a dispute with a platform or a client is settled with a record.
